Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Brainpro app and this website, published by Posturepro Solutions FZCO ("we", "us"). By using Brainpro you agree to these terms.

The app

Brainpro provides interactive eye training drills. The app is a training tool for general wellness. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified eye care or health professional.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.

Subscriptions

Brainpro offers two auto-renewing subscriptions. Both unlock full access to all training drills in the app:

  • Brainpro Monthly: subscription length one month, renewing monthly.
  • Brainpro Annual: subscription length one year, renewing yearly.

Prices, identical on the Apple App Store and on Google Play:

  • Brainpro Monthly: $2.99 USD per month.
  • Brainpro Annual: $12.99 USD per year.

Prices are in US dollars. On storefronts outside the United States, the equivalent price in your local currency is shown in the store at the point of purchase, before you confirm.

Apple App Store subscription terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your device in Settings, under your Apple ID, in Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  • Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Google Play subscription terms

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play app, under Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, use the order history in your Google Play account.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, and do not use it in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The app, its drills, content, and branding belong to Posturepro Solutions FZCO and are protected by law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posturepro Solutions FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
