This policy explains what information the Brainpro app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Brainpro is published by Posturepro Solutions FZCO ("we", "us").

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create a Brainpro account, we collect the name and email address you provide, so we can create and secure your account.
  • Training activity. The app records your activity inside the app, such as which drills you complete and when, so your progress can be shown to you.
  • Subscription status. We receive confirmation from Apple or Google that a subscription is active, so the app can unlock your access. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by Apple or Google.
  • Device and diagnostic data. Basic technical data, such as device type and app version, may be collected to keep the app working reliably.

How we use information

  • To operate the app and your account.
  • To show you your own training history and progress.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the app.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Brainpro uses Google Firebase to provide sign-in, data storage, and app infrastructure. Data handled by Firebase is processed under Google's data processing terms. Subscription purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Account and training data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, or ask us to delete it, your personal data is removed from our systems, except where a record must be kept to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

  • You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • You can request correction or deletion of your data at any time.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Children

Brainpro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided us personal information, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
